At París Café, I believe that the key to great baking is to use homemade recipes. I test our different ingredients,  then combine them together to make something new. I take pride in every step of the process. I am a skilled artist and I have learned from the best when it comes to decorating. My mother has been teaching me new techniques since I was little. With having my mothers brain and my Nanas heart my baking becomes something incredible.
